1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Goose ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description

Goose is a personal finance tracking tool for manually recording and reviewing expenses. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Account

Some features may require Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID and for activity associated with your account.

4. Your Data

All financial data you enter belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting the developer.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or tamper with the App.
• Use the App to store data of other persons without their consent.
• Interfere with or overload the App's infrastructure.

6. Disclaimer

Goose is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. The App may contain errors or be interrupted. Goose is a tracking tool only and is not financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ivan Kolkovskiy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the App.

8. Termination

Access to the App may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute should first be addressed by contacting the developer in good faith.
