Open iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Goose → Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro access through the end of the current billing period – no charges after that.
In the app: Settings → Erase Data → Delete user account. All personal data is removed within 30 days. You can also email us to request deletion manually.
Try Settings → Restore Purchasesin the app. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase, then restart the app. Still stuck – email us and we’ll sort it out.
Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID on both devices and have an active internet connection. Pull down to refresh on the home screen. If data is still missing, email us with the details.
Not yet – export is on the roadmap. In the meantime, you can request a copy of your personal data by emailing us.
All payments go through Apple. Submit a refund request at reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer has no access to billing – Apple handles all refund decisions.
